Residents rated their experience of ‘Feeling safe’ in their local area 4.8 out of 10, on average, making it the 14th most positively experienced attribute of 16. In comparison to Australia, residents of Rockhampton Regional Council placed greater importance on Feeling safe and reported worse local area experiences.
