Opportunity for all

It has been well documented that if people are treated fairly and without prejudice then they will have a far greater chance of making social and economic progress. History has shown what happens when the power and opportunities are concentrated into the hands of too few. To this end, monitoring the value the community places on 'opportunity for all' and how well they believe their local area delivers in that regard is an important metric to informing our understanding of how well we are progressing as a society.
