Residents rated their experience of ‘Affordable decent housing’ in their local area 4.4 out of 10, on average, making it the 14th most positively experienced attribute of 16. In comparison to Australia: 2023, residents of Sunshine Coast placed less importance on Affordable decent housing and reported worse local area experiences. In comparison to April 2022, residents of Sunshine Coast placed greater importance on Affordable decent housing.
