21% of residents selected ‘Good job prospects’ as an important attribute when considering what makes somewhere a good place to live, making it the 10th most important liveability aspect for Sunshine Coast residents overall. Residents rated their experience of ‘Good job prospects’ in their local area 5.3 out of 10, on average, making it the 12th most positively experienced attribute of 16. In comparison to Australia: 2023, residents of Sunshine Coast placed less importance on Good job prospects and reported worse local area experiences.
